Step 1: Create an account

1

Visit goautofire.com and choose Get Started. You can start on Free Kickstart or begin a Pro trial from pricing.
2

Enter credentials

Provide your email and a secure password, then complete sign-up.
3

Verify email

Open the verification link sent to your inbox before continuing setup.

Step 2: Set up your dealership

1

Dealership details

Enter your dealership name, contact email, phone, and physical address. Address autocomplete helps format location data for maps and local SEO.
2

Choose a subdomain

Pick your public URL: yourdealership.goautofire.com. Subdomains are durable once created—choose a name that matches your brand.
Match your business name where possible for recognition in search and on business cards.
3

Save profile

Complete required fields in Dealer Info and save. See the Setup guide for CARFAX, chatbot, and other Pro options.

Step 3: Customize your website

1

Open Website settings

Go to Dashboard → Website in the sidebar.
2

Upload logo

Add a square logo (PNG with transparency works best; ~200×200 px recommended).
3

Set brand colors

Choose primary and secondary colors for navigation, buttons, and accents.
4

Add hero image

Upload a wide banner image for your homepage (16:9 ratio recommended).
5

SEO description

Write a short dealership description for search results—include city, specialty, and brands you carry.

Step 4: Add inventory

1

Open Inventory

Go to Dashboard → Inventory.
2

Add a vehicle

Click Add Vehicle and enter make, model, year, price, mileage, colors, and VIN.
Free Kickstart caps active listings at 10 vehicles. Pro raises the limit to 50.
3

Upload photos

Add multiple images; the first photo becomes the listing thumbnail.
4

Publish

Save the listing—it appears on your public site immediately with structured data for search.
Already have a DMS export or an old dealer site? Use Inventory Imports instead of entering every vehicle by hand.

Step 5: Connect Google Business Profile

1

Set website URL

In Google Business Profile, set your website to your AutoFire subdomain (yourdealership.goautofire.com) or custom domain once live on Pro.
2

Match NAP data

Ensure name, address, phone, and hours match between Google and your AutoFire dealer profile.
3

Verify the business

Complete Google’s verification process if you have not already.

Step 6: Preview and launch

Your site is live at your subdomain as soon as setup completes. From the dashboard, click View Website to open the public site in a new tab.
