Billing
- Monthly billing by default. Your plan renews automatically each month unless you cancel.
- Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Price differences are handled by Stripe at the time of change.
- Trials (when available) run through the stated trial period. Cancel during the trial to avoid charges.
- Manage payment methods securely from the billing portal. Failed payments trigger retries per Stripe’s standard logic.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal or by emailing info@intuicodigital.com. What happens when you cancel:

Custom domains after cancel
Custom domains require an active Pro subscription. After cancellation, visitors are routed to youryourdealership.goautofire.com subdomain with Free Kickstart capabilities.
Refunds
If something went wrong or you believe a charge is in error, email info@intuicodigital.com or use in-app chat. We review billing issues promptly.Deleting your account
Deleting your account is permanent and removes dealership data. Export anything you need before proceeding. When the dealership owner deletes their account:- Active or in-trial subscriptions are cancelled
- Public assets (e.g., images) stored for the dealership are removed
- Dealership website data is permanently deleted—including inventory, leads, and settings
- The user account is removed
Data retention
