Account & Billing

Welcome to AutoFire’s Account & Billing guide. This page explains, in plain language, how subscriptions work, how cancellations are handled, and what happens if you choose to delete your account.

Plans and billing

  • Monthly billing by default. Your plan renews automatically each month unless you cancel.
  • Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Any price difference is handled by our billing provider at the time of change.
  • Trials (when available) run through the stated trial period. You can cancel any time during the trial to avoid charges.

Payment methods

  • You can manage your payment method securely from the billing portal. Changes take effect for the next invoice.
  • If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and retry per standard billing provider logic. You’ll always have a way to update your card on file.

Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel at any time from the billing portal or by contacting support at support@goautofire.com.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will be set to end immediately unless otherwise stated in your plan terms.
  • After cancellation, your site and dashboards may lose paid features. You can always reactivate later.

Refunds

  • We aim to be fair. If something went wrong or you believe a charge is in error, contact support@goautofire.com and we’ll review promptly.

Custom domains

  • Custom domains require an active plan. If you cancel, custom domain routing is removed and your site will continue on an AutoFire subdomain (where applicable) with free-tier features.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account is permanent and removes your dealership data. Before you proceed, consider exporting any information you may need. What happens when you delete your account:
  1. We cancel any active or in-trial subscriptions linked to your dealership.
  2. We remove public assets (e.g., images) stored for your dealership.
  3. We permanently delete your dealership website data, including inventory, leads, and site settings.
  4. We remove your user account.
Important notes:
  • If you’re the owner of a dealership in AutoFire, deleting your account will also delete that dealership and everything associated with it. This cannot be undone.
  • If you’re only a staff member, deleting your user account does not delete the dealership itself. The dealership owner remains in control.

Data retention

  • We don’t keep your dealership data after deletion, except for what may be required for legal, accounting, or security purposes (e.g., invoice records). If you have questions about data retention, contact support@goautofire.com.

Need help?

  • Email support@goautofire.com and we’ll be happy to help with cancellations, billing questions, or account deletion.
