# Plans & Billing

AutoFire offers two plans: **Free Kickstart** to get online fast, and **AutoFire Pro** for dealerships that need more listings, sales workflows, and growth tools. This page covers packaging, billing, cancellation, and account deletion.

## Billing

* Monthly billing by default. Your plan renews automatically each month unless you cancel.
* Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Price differences are handled by Stripe at the time of change.
* Trials (when available) run through the stated trial period. Cancel during the trial to avoid charges.
* Manage payment methods securely from the billing portal. Failed payments trigger retries per Stripe's standard logic.

## Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal or by emailing [info@intuicodigital.com](mailto:info@intuicodigital.com).

**What happens when you cancel:**

| Area             | Typical behavior                                                                                    |
| ---------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Billing          | Subscription ends per your plan terms (usually at period end or immediately as shown in the portal) |
| Custom domain    | Routing removed; site continues on your AutoFire subdomain where applicable                         |
| Pro features     | Lead forms, test drives, feeds, FireCompare, CARFAX, chatbot, and VIN decode may stop               |
| Inventory & site | Free-tier limits and features apply; your subdomain site generally remains accessible               |
| Data             | Inventory, leads, and settings are retained unless you delete the account                           |

You can reactivate Pro later from the billing portal.

### Custom domains after cancel

Custom domains require an active Pro subscription. After cancellation, visitors are routed to your `yourdealership.goautofire.com` subdomain with Free Kickstart capabilities.

## Refunds

If something went wrong or you believe a charge is in error, email [info@intuicodigital.com](mailto:info@intuicodigital.com) or use in-app chat. We review billing issues promptly.

## Deleting your account

Deleting your account is **permanent** and removes dealership data. Export anything you need before proceeding.

When the **dealership owner** deletes their account:

1. Active or in-trial subscriptions are cancelled
2. Public assets (e.g., images) stored for the dealership are removed
3. Dealership website data is permanently deleted—including inventory, leads, and settings
4. The user account is removed

  Owner deletion removes the entire dealership. This cannot be undone. Staff members who delete only their user account do **not** delete the dealership—the owner retains control.

## Data retention
